Architecture that breathes.
Alessio Fazzi is an architect based in Forte dei Marmi, Italy, with a studio presence in London. The practice focuses on residential architecture and interiors — private houses, villas and renovations where design quality is measured not by spectacle, but by how well a space serves the life it is built for.
Each project begins with careful listening. The aim is to understand not only the brief, but the way a client lives — their rhythms, their habits, the quality of light they respond to, the relationship they want between interior and landscape. From there, a clear architectural direction is established and followed with precision from concept through construction.
The studio works across scales — from full new-build villas to sensitive interior renovations — with a consistent approach: calm process, measured decisions, direct oversight. Daylight, natural materials and the continuity between architecture and its surroundings are recurring themes in the work.
With experience developed between Italy and the United Kingdom, the practice is particularly equipped to serve international clients investing in property along the Tuscan coast. A structured method of communication ensures clarity and control, even when the client is based abroad.
