The Hydreia project was conceived as a contemporary apartment building on the Tyrrhenian coast of Italy. The complex is comprised of six terraced houses. The condominium have been oriented in order to maintain views of the mountains from every flat. The building consists of a long rectangular residential building. A typical residential module layout combines two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with open kitchen, a rooftop terrace and small garden. At dawn and dusk light will filter through the voids between the residential modules providing for particularly animated light condition.
